服务销售培训生

工作职能:

· Learn and practice service sales skills, including SPS value selling skills.

学习服务销售技巧，学习SPS价值销售技巧

· Handle and follow up on simple maintenance, calibration and spare parts quotations.

处理并跟踪简单保养、标定、备件**工作

· Assist regional sales with internal order processing procedures.

协助区域销售处理订单内部流程

· Learn the types, working principles and structures of tools, and understand how they are maintained, repaired and calibrated.

学习工具种类以及原理、结构，了解如何保养、维修、标定的过程

· Learn and understand the common tool applications at customer sites, common tool failures and problems, and common service business opportunities.

学习了解客户现场工具常见应用，工具常见故障问题以及常见服务业务机会

· Learn and study the principles, characteristics and selling points of service products related to software, automation and tightening technology, and the value they bring to customers.

学习并研究软件、自动化、拧紧技术等相关服务产品的原理、特点、卖点以及给客户带来的价值

· Training and master the full sales process, including how to identify potential customers, how to build up contact with customers, how to dig out business opportunities, how to provide service solutions that fit customer value, and how to win sales orders.

培训并掌握如何识别潜在客户、与客户建立联系、挖掘业务机会、提供符合客户价值的服务解决方案并获得销售订单的销售全过程

· Learn and study the characteristic of different market segments, and its correlations with its upstream and downstream industries.

学习研究市场行业特点和趋势变化，以及上下游产业的关联

· Learn skills on how to communicate with customers and colleagues, and how to solve problems with colleagues in constructive ways.

学习人与人打交道的方法、技巧，与同事沟通并有效解决问题的技巧

任职要求:

· Bachler degree for above, major in Engineering, Automation, Machinery, or Software is preferred.

本科及以上学历，工科专业，自动化，机械，软件专业优先

· Have interest in sales.

热爱销售工作

· Good English skill in reading and writing.

良好的英语读写能力

· Open-minded and like to communicate with people.

性格开朗活泼,并喜欢与人打交道

· Have a strong social ability and can work under pressure.
