BD Manager-AI Infrastructure & Embodied Intelligence

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·      Work with division and local sales & marketing team closely to implement GI strategy in China

·      Be responsible for sales revenue growth on AI Infrastructure and Embodied Intelligence segments in South & West zone

·      Market analysis and map target customers - both machine tool builders and end users, to make measurable actions plans, to deploy and execute strategy to drive business growth for AI Infrastructure and Embodied Intelligence segments.

·      Maximum business opportunities in each key customer, build up partnership with key customers  

·      Visit customers by self and work with sales, find the customer pain point of production, propose most suitable solutions, and work together with sales team for solution quotation, business negotiation, contract signing and execution tracking

·      Cooperate with Division & other CC and ICA to make suitable solutions for segment market

·      Improve sales team competency by sharing and on-site coaching

·      Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned

·      为每个客户和每个细分市场创造最大的商机，和重点的大客户建立合作伙伴关系

·      亲自拜访客户并与区域销售人员合作，发现客户在生产痛点，并提出合理的解决方案，并支持区域销售的方案报价，商务谈判、合同签订和执行跟踪

·      和瑞典总部，其它客户中心以及本地创新中心紧密合作，拓展相关行业的解决方案

·      通过分享和现场指导提高销售团队的能力

·      准备好接受分配的新任务

·      遵循我们的做事方式和行为准则，实现可持续增长

Education & Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation or software

·      At least 3 years’ Date Center or AI Server, Robots, Electronics Sales or Business Development experience

·      Machine Tool Builders or Automation Equipment Integrators sales experiences is plus

Knowledge & Skills

·      Mechanical, electrical, automation or software knowledge

·      Extensive knowledge of manufactory, production methods and industry trends

·      Key account development skills

·      Presentation skills

·      Negotiation skills

·      Coaching skills

·      Influence skills

·      PC skills are a must

·      Good English skill both in oral and written

教育和经验要求：

·      工程、自动化或软件学士学位

·      3年以上数据中心或AI服务器，机器人，电子行业销售经验或者市场拓展经验
