Job Responsibilities Support localization projects for high-horsepower engine products and drive supplier sourcing activities to meet project timing, quality, and cost targets. Manage supplier selection and sourcing activities for casting-related components, ensuring the right components are awarded to the most capable suppliers based on business

and project objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Project Management to support new product development and localization initiatives. Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and project readiness to mitigate delivery and quality risks during product development. Lead commercial discussions with existing suppliers, including quotation analysis, cost benchmarking, and negotiations to support cost reduction and competitiveness targets. Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify potential issues that may impact project milestones, product quality, or sourcing strategies. Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and project requirements while maintaining effective supplier relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Relevant experience in sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, or commodity management within the manufacturing industry. Strong preference for candidates with experience in cast iron components, castings, engine components, heavy-duty equipment, automotive, power generation, or related industries. Good understanding of supplier evaluation, cost analysis, sourcing processes, and project-based procurement. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships internally and externally. English communication skills sufficient for participation in conference calls and routine business communications. 岗位职责 支持大马力发动机国产化项目，负责采购开发和供应商管理工作，确保项目进度、质量及成本目标达成。 负责铸件相关零部件的采购开发及供应商选择，确保将合适的零部件分配给最具竞争力和能力的供应商。 与工程、质量、供应商质量及项目团队紧密合作，支持新产品开发及国产化项目落地。 对供应商制造能力、质量体系、生产工艺及项目执行能力进行评估，识别潜在风险并制定应对措施。 负责供应商报价分析、成本评估及商务谈判，推动成本优化并实现采购目标。 跟踪供应商项目执行情况，及时发现并解决可能影响项目进度、质量和交付的相关问题。 维护与现有供应商的合作关系，确保各项采购活动符合公司流程、质量标准及项目要求。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，机械、材料、供应链管理、采购管理或相关专业优先。 具备制造业采购、供应商开发、采购工程师或相关岗位工作经验。 具有铸铁件或铸件采购开发经验者优先考虑；具备发动机、重型设备、汽车零部件、发电设备等行业背景者优先。 熟悉供应商评估、成本分析、采购流程及项目管理相关知识。 具备较强的问题分析能力和风险识别能力，能够在项目开发过程中推动问题解决。 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够高效推动跨部门协作并管理相关利益相关方。 具备基本英语沟通能力，能够参加电话会议及日常工作交流。 * Cummins is an equal employment opportunity employer.
