Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain product configurations and configuration rules within global sales enablement platforms. Collaborate with product, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and commercial teams to gather product

and translate them into configuration logic and business rules. Support the implementation and maintenance of product configuration solutions for new product introductions, product updates, and product change management activities. Analyze product specifications, engineering data, and business requirements to ensure accurate and efficient configuration processes. Investigate system and configuration-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely solutions to stakeholders. Support product lifecycle management processes by maintaining configuration data, product structures, rules, and technical information. Utilize engineering information systems and configuration tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Configurator, Windchill PLM, or equivalent platforms. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize configuration development processes, engineering workflows, and sales enablement tools. Work with cross-functional global teams to support the successful deployment of new products and configuration solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications, process documents, and user guidance materials. Support data analysis, reporting, and business insights using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical and business requirements. Basic knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), configuration management, data management, or engineering information systems. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Configurator, Windchill PLM, or similar enterprise configuration platforms is preferred. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel, data modeling, or business intelligence tools is preferred. Ability to work with technical specifications, engineering documentation, and product structures. Experience gained through internships, student projects, research programs, or technical activities is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital engineering and business process optimization.
