Sourcing Manager 采购经理(机加工)

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for precision machining commodities to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity objectives. Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, selection, and development for machined parts and related manufacturing processes. Manage RFQs, commercial negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure competitiveness and business results. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams to support new product development (NPD/VPI) and localization projects. Drive annual cost reduction and productivity initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineering activities. Analyze machining processes and cost drivers to support sourcing decisions and supplier selection. Monitor supplier quality, delivery, capacity, and risk, and lead improvement actions when required. Build strong relationships with key suppliers and conduct regular business reviews. Identify market trends, new technologies, and sourcing opportunities within the precision machining industry. Lead cross-functional projects and provide guidance to sourcing team members when needed.

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of sourcing, procurement, or supplier management experience in manufacturing industries. Strong experience in precision machining commodities is required. Solid understanding of CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, heat treatment, surface finishing, and machining cost structures. Experience supporting NPD/VPI projects and supplier development activities. Proven track record in supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and strategic sourcing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost and quotation analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and work with global teams.
