Sourcing Manager 采购经理(发动机/发电机)

Job Responsibilities Lead sourcing and supplier development activities for components and materials supporting power generation products and generator set applications. Identify, develop, and qualify new suppliers to support business growth, localization initiatives, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity. Work as a core member of cross-functional project teams, taking ownership of assigned commodities and driving sourcing activities throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, program management, and manufacturing teams to support component development, supplier qualification, and project execution. Conduct supplier assessments, sourcing analysis, commercial negotiations, and supplier selection activities to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance. Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful implementation of sourcing and supplier development initiatives. Support both domestic and international business operations, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers across different regions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of a competitive and resilient supply base.

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of sourcing, supplier development, or procurement experience in the power generation, engine, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors. Experience in power generation or generator set related industries is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience participating in cross-functional product development or sourcing projects, with responsibility for specific commodities or component categories. Strong supplier development capabilities, including supplier identification, qualification, capability assessment, and relationship management. Ability to understand manufacturing processes, evaluate cost drivers, and perform cost analysis based on technical and process-related factors. Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to actively participate in global meetings and collaborate with international teams. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse business requirements. Structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of balancing cost, quality, timing, and business priorities. Mature, detail-oriented, and dependable professional with strong ownership, sound judgment, and a long-term career mindset. 岗位职责 负责发电机组及相关产品领域的采购寻源和供应商开发工作，支持业务增长及供应链战略落地。 开发、评估和导入新的供应商资源，持续提升供应链竞争力、成本水平及供应保障能力。 作为项目团队核心成员之一，负责指定零部件或品类的采购开发工作，推动项目从立项到量产全过程落地。 与工程、质量、项目管理及制造团队紧密合作，共同推进零部件开发、供应商认证及项目实施。 负责供应商评估、市场分析、商务谈判及供应商选择工作，实现成本、质量和交付的最佳平衡。 协调项目关键节点及相关方需求，识别风险并推动问题解决，确保项目按计划推进。 支持国内及国际业务需求，与不同区域的内部团队及供应商开展协作。 持续优化供应商布局和采购策略，推动供应链能力建设及持续改善。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、机械工程、制造工程、工业工程或相关专业优先。 具有5年以上采购、供应商开发或供应链管理相关工作经验。 具有发电机组行业经验者优先；发动机、汽车零部件行业经验次优；大型制造业或工业企业相关经验亦可考虑。 具备参与产品开发项目或采购开发项目的经验，能够独立负责某一零部件或品类的采购开发工作。 具备较强的供应商开发能力，能够主动识别、评估并培育优质供应商资源。 熟悉制造工艺及成本构成逻辑，能够结合工艺特点开展成本分析和商务评估工作。 英语听说读写流利，能够独立参与国际会议并支持全球业务协作。 具备优秀的沟通表达能力和跨部门协作能力，能够平衡采购、工程、项目管理、质量等不同团队的需求。 具备较强的结构化思维、分析能力及问题解决能力，能够在复杂环境下制定并推动最佳解决方案落地。 性格稳重谨慎、责任心强，具备较高职业成熟度和长期发展意愿，能够在变化和压力环境下保持稳定表现。 * Cummins is an equal employment opportunity employer.
