Cross-Team Coordination and Communication Act as the core coordinator of the project, closely collaborate with multiple teams such as the Digital Strategy & Execution department, business departments, and technical departments to ensure aligned goals and efficient collaboration. Be responsible for interfacing with senior business stakeholders, regularly reporting project progress, obtaining business support, and resolving key issues in the project. Organize and chair project meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure timely and accurate communication of project information. Stakeholder Management Identify key project stakeholders, develop and execute stakeholder management plans to ensure satisfaction of all parties. Manage stakeholder expectations, respond to their needs and concerns in a timely manner, and establish good cooperative relationships. Project Delivery and Outcome Realization Ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements, are delivered on time, and drive the application and transformation of results in the business to achieve business value. Organize project acceptance, summarize project lessons learned, and provide references for future projects. What you'll bring? Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. More than 10 years of relevant project management experience in the digital field, with priority given to those with cross-team strategic project management experience. Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of effectively communicating and interfacing with senior business stakeholders. Strong presentation skills, able to clearly and accurately present project progress and results to stakeholders. Result-oriented, with strong execution ability and resilience, capable of effectively advancing projects in complex and ambiguous environments. Familiar with project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, etc., with relevant certifications preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in digital project management in the automotive industry is preferred. Experience in managing large-scale complex projects, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
