? Promotion and Operation of Enterprise Smart Workplace AI Tools (Feishu) • Develop and execute the overall promotion strategy and operational plan for Feishu AI features (AI Assistant, AI Writing, AI Meeting, Smart Sheets, etc.) across the enterprise. • Design phased, audience-specific promotion paths covering executives, business departments, functional departments, and other user groups. • Establish a user operation system, including training, enablement, best practice accumulation, and user community operation, to continuously improve the penetration rate and engagement of AI tools. • Collect user feedback and collaborate with product and technology teams to drive feature optimization and experience improvement. Planning Enterprise Smart Workplace Scenarios and Enterprise-Level Solution Implementation • Deeply understand the work scenarios and pain points of each business department, and identify high-value scenarios where AI can add value. • Plan and design enterprise-level smart workplace solutions, embedding AI capabilities into key business processes. • Lead the piloting, validation, and scaled promotion of solutions, ensuring a closed loop from proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation. • Establish a scenario effectiveness evaluation mechanism to quantify the actual impact of AI solutions on efficiency, quality, and cost. Managing and Promoting the Enterprise-Level Skill Library for Smart Workplace • Plan and build an enterprise-level AI skill library (including Prompt templates, workflows, Agent skills, etc.) as reusable organizational assets. • Establish governance standards for the skill library, including classification criteria, quality review, version management, and security and compliance

. • Promote the sharing and reuse of the skill library across departments, lowering the barrier to AI adoption and amplifying the leverage of AI investment. • Establish a skill contribution incentive mechanism to encourage all employees to participate in skill co-creation and continuous optimization. Exploring, Planning, and Implementing New Paradigms of Future Enterprise Smart Workplace in the AI Era • Continuously track global frontier trends in AI technology and workplace collaboration, and assess their impact on organizational structure and work methods. • Design AI-native organizational collaboration models, including innovations in team structure, decision-making processes, and knowledge management. • Drive the upgrading of employee competency models in the AI era, and plan enterprise-wide AI literacy enhancement paths. • Lead forward-looking pilot projects to validate the feasibility of new paradigms and form replicable promotion methodologies. Reporting on Enterprise AI Smart Workplace Progress Through Data Analytics • Establish a core metric system for enterprise AI smart workplace, covering adoption rate, engagement, scenario coverage, efficiency improvement, cost savings, and other dimensions. • Build data dashboards and regular reporting mechanisms to clearly present progress and business value to management and stakeholders. • Identify promotion bottlenecks and opportunities through data analysis, driving continuous iteration and optimization of operational strategies. • Accumulate successful cases and quantified outcomes of AI transformation to build internal and external influence. Professional Competencies • Feishu AI Feature Expert: Deeply master the full range of Feishu AI features (AI Assistant, Minutes, Smart Sheets AI, Base AI, Feishu AI Search, etc.), and understand their technical principles and best application scenarios. • Advanced AI Tool Expert: Familiar with mainstream large language models and AI productivity tools (such as Doubao Work, WorkBuddy, etc.), able to evaluate their enterprise application value and integrate them into workflows. • Operations Data Expert: Possess solid data analysis capabilities, proficient in SQL, Excel/Feishu Sheets, BI tools, etc., able to extract insights from data and translate them into actions. Experience and Background • 5+ years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, SaaS product operation, internal tool promotion, or related fields. • Experience in promoting and operating AI tools or digital workplace platforms in large enterprises (1,000+ employees) is preferred. • Possess project management capabilities, able to manage multiple cross-departmental projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality. • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications • Work or certification background in the Feishu/Lark ecosystem. • Experience in enterprise-level Prompt Engineering, AI Agent design, or low-code platform operation. • Experience in building an enterprise internal AI community or skill-sharing platform from scratch. • Industry experience in digital transformation within automotive, manufacturing, or multinational enterprises. • Good English communication skills, able to adapt to a multinational collaborative environment.
