Product Engineer，Financial Services,&Accounting

As a Business Partner and Product Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our Financial Services & Finance operations teams and technology, leading a wide range of cross-functional projects that span both business and IT domains. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, operations, and documentation within the Financial Services & Finance Operations space. You should be an analytical, agile problem solver who thrives in a highly matrixed environment, working with numerous stakeholders to align cross-functional teams around shared goals. Responsibilities Gather and synthesize

from stakeholders across Financial Services and Finance Operations teams, translating them into clear product features and solutions Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for financial services and finance operations systems, ensuring alignment with Tesla’s China, APAC, and global (including North America) business objectives Lead end-to-end delivery of fast-paced, cross-functional projects spanning multiple programs and subsystems Develop and manage project plans, driving on-time delivery while balancing competing priorities Collaborate closely with global product managers, software engineers, and QA engineers through rapid development cycles, evolving requirements, and ambiguity Coordinate execution across internal and external stakeholders to deliver multiple projects simultaneously Communicate key project developments and updates to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of product management experience in financial services or finance operations Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-regional initiatives involving international teams Demonstrated experience in agile product development, stakeholder management, and consistently delivering projects on time in fast-paced environments Prior experience in systems engineering or software development, ideally with finance or financial services automation projects (individual contributor design engineering experience is highly valued) Experience building and managing effective program management tools and processes Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional, global environment Proven ability to manage end-to-end product deployment — from concept through development and successful launch Strong product intuition with the ability to understand product architecture and confidently drive or critique design decisions Ability to quickly grasp complex problems and facilitate teams toward clear decisions and action Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization tools preferred Familiarity with agile software development workflows preferred Experience with .NET Core, SQL, or Java Spring is a plus
