The successful candidate will collaborate with world-class reliability engineering teams to support the reliability development of our new products. RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete training materials and quickly ramp up your learning curve to become familiar with Tesla’s reliability workflows. • Collaborate with local and US reliability teams to analyze design risks for new products, calculate reliability-related metrics and parameters, and provide reliability test plans. • Participate in resolving various reliability and failure-related issues in Shanghai factory

MUST • Master’s and PhD candidates are preferred, but outstanding undergraduates will also be considered. • Major in reliability engineering or related fields preferred. • Strong foundation in reliability knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in reliability engineering. • Basic English proficiency required. PREFERRED • Familiarity with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
