Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across many businesses teams by working closely with business/managers.
• Gather

• from the business and understand the same in terms of role and job specs. Identify and source high quality candidates through various channels. Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums and social networking site.
• Responsible for full recruitment cycle including hiring manager interview arrangement, HR interview, offering, background check, on-boarding, documentation, etc. Ensure strong process compliance to enable recruitment of extraordinary talent.
• Manage recruitment database, ensure that it is up-to-date and generate reports on a regular basis for the team and business.
• Manage both online and offline recruitment solutions in employer branding and engagement.
• Support campus program, including branding, internal/external coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Partner with other counterparts to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor or master with good academic record, major in information technology or engineering background is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience with proven direct sourcing experience in semiconductor industry .
• Quick learner with the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
