综合维修主管General Maintenance Supervisor

1. 负责制定所辖系统设备月度、年度的维修保养计划，制定备品备件的采购计划，定期报送值班工程师审定，并负责组织安排维修保养计划的实施，并制定工作标准，监督下属员工保证工作质量；Responsible for the development of the system equipment monthly, annual repair and maintenance plan, design of spare parts procurement plan, periodically submit Duty Engineer validation, responsible for the organization and arrangement of repair and maintenance plan implementation, and the formulation of standards, supervision of employees to ensure the quality of work;

2. 切实执行值班工程师指令，认真贯彻落实部门岗位责任制，督导下属员工严格执行酒店《员工手册》和部门各项规程，坚持周而复始的落实设备维修保养制度；The practical implementation of Duty Engineer command, carry out seriously fulfil system of post responsibility of supervision department, the staff strictly implement the " Hotel Employee Handbook " and various departmental rules, adhere to go round and begin again to implement the equipment repair and maintenance system;

3.与工程部工程师沟通，协助准备周的工作时间表以协调工作量的分配。Assists in preparing weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities in coordination with Engineer.

4. 确保设备始终处于优良的运行状况，当重要设备发生故障或影响正常酒店营业时，迅速赶到现场组织妥善处理，并及时向值班工程师报告；Ensure that the equipment is always in good running condition, when the important equipment breaks down or affects the normal operation of the hotel, quickly arrive at the scene to organize proper handling, and timely report to the duty engineer;

5. 深入现场检查所属系统设备运行情况和控制状态，现场督导重要维修工程和增改工程施工，实地检查下属员工维修保养工作质量与工作效率，发生问题及时采取纠正措施；Depth of field inspection system owned equipment operation and control state, on-site supervision of major repair works construction and modification, check staff's repair and maintenance work quality and work efficiency, occurrence problem timely corrective measures;

6. 以身作则，督促全组人员严格执行各项规章制度，发现问题及时指出和纠正。有责任不断提高员工的工作标准，并检查、督导工作质量；Make oneself an example, supervise the whole group staff strictly implement the rules and regulations, found problems in a timely manner to point out and correct. Has the responsibility to continuously improve staff working standards, quality, supervision and check;

7. 查阅运行日志和各种记录。检查“有关规章制度”执行情况，发现问题及时纠正；Often read operation log and various records. Check the " rules and regulations " executive circumstance, discover problems promptly corrected;

8. 申报备品材料计划，督促全体运行人员合理使用；Declare spare material plan, supervise the operation personnel use;

9. 参加检修设备投运前的交底和验收工作，并组织全组人员熟悉设备的性能、构造和操作注意事项；Participate in the maintenance of equipment of communication and acceptance of work, and organize the whole group staff familiar with the equipment performance, structure and operation points for attention;

10.核对有关设备的缺陷，并督促及时清除； Check the related equipment defects, and urge the timely removal;

11. 汇报当班时发现的隐患；Responsible to report any potential hazard noted when on duty;

12. 参加酒店的紧急救护组和防火组；To participate in the Hotel Emergency Teams/Fire Brigade;

13. 参加酒店的能量节约计划；Participates in the Hotel Energy Conservation Program;

14. 定期组织相关安全活动。学习安全规程和有关安全资料；Organize related safety activities. Learning safety regulations and relevant safety information;

15. 安排并确保员工参加所有的核心培训以及相关的技能培训。Schedules and ensures associates attend all Core training and related skills training.

16.协助招募、筛选、岗位轮替和发展工程部员工，确保员工是多面手能够完成多项任务。 Assists with the development of engineering associates to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and ensuring associates are multi skilled and perform multi tasks.

18. 组织和督促全组运行人员搞好安全文明生产，保持和负责区域环境卫生；Organize and supervise the whole set of operation personnel safety and civilized production, maintain and responsible for regional environmental health;

19.做好能源登记、记录分析，保证酒店有关设备的经济运行； Good energy registration, record and analysis, which the hotel equipment related to the economic operation;

20. 参加酒店的紧急救护组和防火组；To participate in the Hotel Emergency Teams/Fire Brigade;

21. 参加人身安全防护培训和其他酒店培训部认为必需的培训课程；To attend Life Safety instruction classes and any other Hotel training schemes deemed necessary;

22. 熟悉安全生产、劳动保护和防火安全等法规条例。Complies with safety in production, occupational safety and fire safety relevant regulations.

23. 执行上级交代的其他工作指令。Execute other work orders assigned by superior.

1. 中专、技校文凭、专业培训；Secondary School; / Skills School Certificate; Professional Training;

2. 应具备在相当规模饭店两年以上同岗位的经验。At least 2 years as same working experience in a similar size hotel.

3. 良好的沟通技巧；Good communication skills;

4. 有组织，可以从事多项任务，有善于解决问题的技能和注重细节；Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented;
