岗位职责

Contribute to the company's mission of product leadership by developing safe and reliable products with a First Time Right approach.

Achieve the company's mission of cost leadership through a cost-conscious lean design and innovation for cost leading solutions.

Lead projects together with Marketing, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Service in order to deliver the projects on time in full.
与市场、采购、生产、质量及服务等部门协同领导项目，确保项目按时、按要求完成交付。
Establish and control project schedules taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Coordinate tasks to respect the set planning.
根据可用资源及优先级制定并管控项目计划，协调各项任务，确保符合既定时间安排。
Write functional specifications and define test program based on risk assessment.
基于风险评估编写功能规格说明书，并制定测试方案。
Determine test plans for prototype tests in the lab.
制定实验室样机测试计划。
Be closely involved with prototype assembly.
深度参与样机装配过程。
Organize supplier visits and technical meetings with suppliers together with the Sourcing engineers in order to have components with the right quality at market-leading cost.
与采购工程师共同组织供应商拜访及技术交流会议，以确保在市场领先成本水平下获得符合质量要求的零部件。
Work closely with other departments to achieve cost, quality and productivity improvement on products' design, process and logistics.
与其他部门紧密合作，持续提升产品设计、制造工艺及物流环节的成本、质量和生产效率。
Visit customers to get a better customer understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issues.
拜访客户，深入了解客户需求，并跟进耐久性测试及质量问题。
Work according to a lessons-learned approach and believe there is always a better way.

Continuous and strong interaction with the other design centers in the Atlas Copco Group, use same and agreed design process and development tools.

Experience Requirements（经验要求）
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product engineering and project management is a must.
必须具备至少5年以上产品工程及项目管理相关工作经验。
Knowledge Requirements（知识要求）
Advanced knowledge in machinery design.
具备扎实的机械设计专业知识。
Mandarin mother tongue and strong knowledge of English, both oral and writing.
普通话为母语，并具备优秀的英语听说读写能力。
Experience with CAD and MS Office.
熟练使用CAD软件及Microsoft Office办公软件。
Experience with CAE is an asset.
具备CAE（计算机辅助工程）相关经验者优先。
Educational Requirements（教育背景要求）
Master’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering, or equivalent by experience.
机械电子工程相关专业硕士学历，或具备同等专业能力与工作经验。
Graduated in the field of thermodynamics, compressors or cryogenics is an asset.
热力学、压缩机技术或低温工程（Cryogenics）相关专业背景者优先。
