工业算法工程师

• Contribute to the research and development of industrial AI algorithms(incl. mathematic algorithm) for industrial applications.
• Involvement in the model training, fine-tuning, validation and optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning, Data Mining and Vertical AI model / SLM.
• Strong analytical thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to tackle challenging problems in industrial AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of research excellence demonstrated through publications in premier journals or conferences.
• Recognition in prestigious competitions such as ACM programming contests, mathematical modeling competitions, or equivalent technical challenges.
• Prior internship experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or algorithm engineering.

• 硕士及以上学历
• 计算机科学/人工智能/数学/统计学等相关专业
• 在Machine Learning/ Data Mining /垂直领域模型/小语言模型 方向有扎实基础
• 动手能力强
