Our Assurance Apprenticeship Programme provides Year-2 undergraduates with an opportunity to experience work and life at PwC.  

In the program, you will be trained up as the same way as our graduates. You will be exposed to a wide work scope and pool of clients.  

You are expected to make valuable contribution through: 

• Working on different live projects - to gain client and project exposure  
• Receiving technical training – to grow you as an accounting professional  
• Coaching and mentoring – to get timely feedback from your “career coach” & “buddy” 
• Networking with professionals – to have information, knowledge and experience exchange 
• Return offer to high performer – to fast track your future career development

We are looking for Year-2 undergraduates (expecting to graduate in 2029) from accounting major or equivalent to join us.  

You should demonstrate:

• Share and collaborate effectively with others, creating a positive team sprit 
• Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information to solve the problems

• Strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese 

We offer comprehensive business and technical training for your career development at PwC. Upon completion of the programme, high performers will get an Associate year 2 return offer (Senior position than Associate year 1).
