Manager - Property Development

Perform land tender studies, identify potential investment opportunities and conduct full scale feasibility studies Conduct property portfolio revies, enhancement studies and business studies Compile investment reports, management reports and prepare presentations and compiling group procedures Coordinate with consultants in land matters, planning issues and etc. Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Real Estates, Surveying or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications At least 10 years' relevant working experiences with property developers or property consultants Familiar with building, planning and land policies in Hong Kong Solid experience in valuation and real estate project appraisal MHKIS(GP) or equivalent Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, Fluent in Putonghua Highly motivated, well organized, excellent analytical skills
