Deputy General Manager - Property Projects

Assist General Manager on managing Property Projects Team, including manpower resources planning, recruitment, budgeting and other team operations. Responsible for all the correspondence within the inter-department parties in relation to Property Projects Matters. Oversee all the on-going property projects and ensure the projects meet timeline, budgets and quality. Facilitate to the project implementation and management, including complete feasibility studies, participate in design workshop etc. Advice to General Manager in terms of the technical aspects of the Construction implementation for all the on-going property projects Conduct feasibility studies to facilitate on the land acquisition for potential development or re-development projects Be the E&M-in-charge for all the on-going property projects

Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; Minimum 20 years in engineering design and project management in new-build and/or A&A works; Experience with property developer(s) is an advantage; Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred; Recognized Professional Qualification of HKIE / CIBSE or equivalent ; Highly proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English; Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects; Good leadership skill, able to work independently and under pressure; Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
