Graduate Engineer Trainee – Quality
RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing quality, process control, product inspection, root-cause analysis, quality systems and continuous improvement, building a strong foundation for a career in Quality Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Support incoming, in-process and final quality inspections against drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality deviations, defects and improvement opportunities.
- Support investigation and closure of NCRs, deviations, rework and quality issues.
- Participate in root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto and 8D methodologies.
- Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and effectiveness verification.
- Assist in PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and inspection standards.
- Participate in product, process and quality system audits.
- Monitor quality KPIs including First Pass Yield, rejection, rework and defect trends.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement projects.
- Support compliance with ISO 9001 and internal Quality Management System requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical ability.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings and metrology.
- Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, PFMEA, SPC, 5 Why and CAPA is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- High learning agility, ownership and continuous-improvement mindset.
