We Need You

1. 01

   Assist in implementing and maintaining quality, environmental, health, and safety management systems across daily operations.

2. 02

   Support routine audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks, and follow up on improvement actions in a timely manner.

3. 03

   Participate in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action tracking to improve overall QEHS performance.

4. 04

   Maintain QEHS documents, records, and training materials, and support awareness programs for employees and site teams.

5. 05

   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in line with company standards and regulatory

   Possess strong communication, coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.

   Be passionate about QEHS management and continuous improvement, with strong execution capabilities.

   Have good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

   Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and compliance awareness.

5. 05

   Have proficient English communication skills sufficient for daily work-related interactions.

6. 06

   Be a full-time Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD graduate in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.

7. 07

   Demonstrate practical AI application or development capability, including the ability to use AI tools or build AI-enabled solutions to support work efficiency and business outcomes.

8. 08

   Chinese and English bilingual fluency is preferred.
