Graduate Engineer– Internal Control

Envision Energy India manufactures wind turbines and runs operation and maintenance for wind farms across the country. The Internal Audit team reviews how our plants, project sites and corporate functions actually work, and checks whether controls are doing their job.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will work with the team on live audits. You will learn how audits are planned, how controls are tested and how findings are taken to management.

What You Will Do

• Understand business processes through walkthroughs with process owners and document them as process notes or flowcharts
• Help prepare audit plans, information request lists and test procedures
• Test key controls on a sample basis across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects and O&M
• Check purchase orders, contracts, invoices and approvals against company policies and the delegation of authority
• Use Excel and SAP data to find exceptions and policy deviations
• Visit plants, warehouses and project sites for physical verification and on-ground checks
• Prepare working papers and keep audit evidence properly filed
• Draft audit observations covering the facts, the impact and the suggested action
• Follow up with process owners on closure of agreed actions and report status to the team
• Support special reviews and investigations when needed

Who Can Apply

• CA Inter, or CIA Part 1 or Part 2 cleared, or CFE
• Ca Freshers can apply.
• Good with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters)
• Comfortable using PowerPoint to present findings
• Willing to travel to plants and project sites

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP or any other ERP
• Basic understanding of internal controls (COSO, IFC under the Companies Act, 2013)
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data tools
