   Design and develop high-quality software/firmware components for ARM-based server-class CPUs, including firmware, Linux kernel modules and device drivers, or platform software. 设计和开发ARM服务器CPU的高质量软件/固件组件，涵盖固件、驱动或平台软件

   Participate in pre-silicon validation on FPGA/emulation platforms and post-silicon bring-up activities, from initial power-on to full system functionality and mass production. 参与FPGA/emulation硬前验证和post-silicon bring-up，从上电到全系统功能验证直至量产交付。

   Collaborate with SW/HW architects, RTL designers, verification engineers, and product teams to define interfaces, resolve integration issues, and ensure end-to-end system quality. 与软硬件架构师、RTL设计、验证团队及产品团队紧密协作，定义接口规范、解决集成问题、保障端到端系统质量。

   Develop and execute test plans and performance benchmarks to ensure compliance with functional, performance, and security
