Sr. Specialist, Compensation & Benefits (高级薪酬福利专员)

Participate in C&B design, analysis, and implementation to support Intufosun business. • Responsible for survey participation processes, conduct market pricing and analyze employee compensation competitiveness against market data. • Implement Sales Incentive Plans, periodically review the effectiveness of SIPs and make recommendations to plan design. • Support annual performance management cycle and compensation planning activities, including year-end bonus payout, merit, and promotion. • Administer and communicate the company’s benefits programs and continuously optimize benefits programs based on employee needs and preferences. • Administer Intufosun Employee Recognition Programs. • Collaborate with HRIS vendors to manage production support activities for HR systems. • Act as a key project member for implementing new HRIS functionality. • Manage payroll related processes, including monthly salary calculation & payment, and providing monthly data report to accounting team. • Support activities related to employment cost, such as quarterly forecast and annual budgeting. • Support other C&B / HR related tasks and projects. Required knowledge, skills, and experience: • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business, Economics, or other related fields • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in medical device industry • Solid working knowledge and experience in data analysis, HRIS, market data, etc. • High ethical standard with integrity, detail-oriented, team player • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English • Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Proficient in MS office including Excel and PowerPoint
