Customer Trainer（客户培训专家 - 北京）

• Conduct da Vinci® Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at regional training centers. • Lead and support Specialized training programs and academic society events. This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participants • Work with the Training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs • Lead simulation sessions with customers as they prepare for training or to refresh skills before cases, as needed. • Support hospital educators in the field by delivering technical training materials and assessing educators’ robotic skills • Support da Vinci® Surgical System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center • Support administrative tasks and projects for the Customer Training team • Coordinate with the marketing team, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure training support is properly allocated to meet the needs of the business. • Manage training center logistics, inventory, calendar, and goals; consistently seek operational efficiencies. • Negotiate training center contracts & terms in association with facilities and training center partners. • Manage the Lab Associates to ensure proper workflow, inventory, budget, and safety adherence. • Contribute to budget, resource, and financial planning.

Core Competencies, Skills, and Experience Requirements • 3+ years of Training / Professional Education / Clinical • Bachelor’s degree or higher required preferably in Clinical Medicine • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical disease states, surgical applications, and operating room environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Medical and Training experience preferred • Clinical and/or operating room exposure preferred • English-language proficiency, both spoken and written, is required. • Study or work abroad experience preferred. • High capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment • Ability to assimilate into new environments and be a highly effective team player • Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills and ability to operate independently. • Ability to travel up to 40%, dependent upon Training Centers’ distribution. • Ability to conduct trainings entirely in English.
