质量工具工程师
岗位职责
主要职责：
1) Lead the optimization of CCAR processes and electronic systems.
2) Lead the handling of complex and recurring issues in CCAR electronic systems.
3) CCAR related offline training optimization/execution (including NC), as well as online course optimization/execution.
4) Maintenance of CCAR Rate KPI electronic system and output of CCAR Rate KPI.
5) Lead the development and execution of CSS new system.
6) Participate in system/process/supplier audits, as well as respond to customer audits.
7) Participate in the development of quality tool series courses.
8) Other tasks assigned by team leaders.
Key
任职要求
资历要求 :
1. Education: Bachelor Degree and above or equivalent;
2. Major: Science / Engineering or equivalent；
3. Industry/area: Multinational Company Product Quality Management Experiences, electronics and/or semiconductor industry is a plus；
4. Work experience: more than 4 years of quality management experience, quality related e-system building experience is a plus
5. Skills requirements:
* In depth knowledge of quality assurance management system and insight of problem solving methodology
* Good knowledge of 8D/EPS, VDA6.3/6.7
* Strong sense of responsibility.
* Strong execution; Team work spirit; Good communication and influence skill; Good writing ability.
* Fluent English in reading and writting
