Legal Counsel--上海

>Actively implement and practice the company's core values, demonstrating excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills;

>Understand the legal environment, policy trends, and corporate strategy; assist in formulating, promoting, and implementing the legal department's long-term development strategies and goals.

>In accordance with the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, maintain and optimize the company's legal governance structure to ensure the company's compliant and efficient operation.

>Proficient in drafting various legal documents;

>Proficient in legal knowledge and skills related to product development, including but not limited to legal research, contract drafting and review, intellectual property management, and data compliance, etc. Provide legal support throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

>Organize and conduct training and other legal sharing activities to ensure that company personnel understand legal

>Applicants must hold a full-time undergraduate or higher degree in law or related fields and have obtained a legal professional qualification certificate.

>At least 3-5 years of work experience in a company or law firm, including experience in intellectual property, with preference given to those involved in product development.

>Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law and the Civil Code, and possess practical experience in standardizing corporate governance structures and handling daily corporate legal affairs.

>Be familiar with and proficient in laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights (patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.), and be able to implement them in the entire lifecycle management of product development.

>Learn about or be interested in learning about data compliance, personal information protection.

>Possesses the ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, and is familiar with various legal research and development, licensing, cooperation, and commercial contracts.

Understand the legal environment, possess strong legal comprehension and application skills, and have a strong awareness of legal risks;

>Possesses strong capabilities in identifying, assessing, and managing legal risks, and is able to independently or lead the handling of various legal disputes, complaints, administrative regulatory responses, and litigation/arbitration cases.

>Possesses innovative thinking and strategic planning abilities; demonstrates strong project management and execution capabilities; and has experience in developing compliance management processes and systems.

>Possesses strong organizational, coordination and communication, enabling them to facilitate internal and external negotiations and collaborations. Has strong presentation skills and experience in organizing training.

>Possesses strong ability to provide solutions and solve problems across departments; Fluent English skill is a must.

>Possess digital work skills and are able to utilize digital tools to improve work efficiency.
