Design of work stations with the aim of reducing wastes & losses
Planning and enhancement of assembly concepts (material flow, value stream mapping)
Analysis & benchmarking of existing processes
Definition of standards
Implementation of new assembly systems and IT solutions
任职要求
工作标准/目标 Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability): a) Skills and education: • profound technical background • Bachelor Degree • More than 3 years of assembly process experience • Education in process- and manufacturing engineering • Lean Knowledge • ERP Knowledge • Project Management • Fluent in English, CET 4 b) Personal requirements: • Willingness to further developed his/her skills • Dynamic • Team-oriented • Process minded • Target- and result oriented • Innovative • High quality awareness
