岗位描述/职责 • ArchiveLink 配置 (OAC0)、存储系统的连接与监控 • 规划、执行并监控跨职能归档作业（例如 IDoc、应用程序日志、更改文档、工作项） • 数据归档 (SARA)：归档对象、变式、作业控制和错误分析 • SAP 文档管理系统 (DMS/CV) 的技术运维 • 新文档类型和归档配置的技术实施 • 在系统中落实数据保留要求（包括 SAP ILM） • 监控归档数据增长和存储利用率 • 分析并解决归档领域的事件 Job Description/Responsibility • ArchiveLink configuration (OAC0), connection and monitoring of the storage systems • Planning, running and monitoring the cross-functional archiving runs (e.g. IDoc, application logs, change documents, work items) • Data archiving (SARA): archiving objects, variants, job control and error analysis • Technical operation of the SAP Document Management System (DMS/CV) • Technical implementation of new document types and archiving configurations • Implementing retention requirements in the system (incl. SAP ILM) • Monitoring archive growth and storage utilization • Incident analysis and resolution in the archiving area

工作要求/标准 • 具备 SAP 归档和文档管理经验：ArchiveLink、SAP DMS (CV)、数据归档 (SARA) • 了解数据保留要求；具备 SAP ILM 知识者优先 • 了解 OpenText Archiving for SAP Solutions 者优先 • 工作方式有条理、可靠，能够处理定期作业和归档任务 • 具备 ABAP 基础阅读能力者优先 • 良好的英语沟通能力 Job Requirement • Experience with SAP archiving and document management: ArchiveLink, SAP DMS (CV), data archiving (SARA) • Knowledge of retention requirements, ideally SAP ILM • Knowledge of OpenText Archiving for SAP Solutions is an advantage • Structured and reliable way of working with periodic jobs and archiving runs • Basic ABAP reading skills are a plus • Good communication skill in English
