We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Assistant Business Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our business and drive its AI-powered transformation. You will spend the majority of your time identifying, building and deploying AI tools, agents and automated workflows that raise the efficiency and quality of operations, while overseeing the hands-on operations execution and quality assurance. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and show genuine interest in leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities ● Lead the development and adoption of AI tools, AI agents and automated workflows to lift the efficiency of business operations. ● Design, test and iterate AI skills and prompts; integrate internal knowledge bases; partner with internal platforms to pilot and roll out new AI features into daily operations. ● Oversee and execute day-to-day operations execution, including campaign and configuration setup, with a strong quality-assurance standard. ● Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data to generate actionable insights and performance reports. ● Work with cross-functional partners across business, product, technology and data teams to identify process-improvement opportunities and deliver them end to end.

• Degree holder or above in any discipline. ● 3 years or above working experience in business operations, digital services, fintech or ecommerce platforms; experience leading a team or projects is preferred. ● Hands-on experience in applying AI tools or building AI-assisted workflows (e.g., prompt design, AI agents, automation), with strong interest and willingness to learn new technologies. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and analyse data into clear insights and reports. ● Be cautious in details but open minded, with strong ownership mindset. ● Excellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ● Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. ● Good command of written and verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
