Own the design and delivery of WorldFirst's payments and collections product solutions for local markets. Drawing on a deep understanding of local customer segments, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environments, collaborate with BD, operations, risk, legal & compliance, and other cross-functional teams to build competitive products for local markets ● Identify pain points and needs across global and local markets, define the product roadmap and strategy, and continuously enhance product capabilities and customer experience ● Work closely with legal & compliance, risk management, and AML teams to balance regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, strengthening the risk resilience of payments and collections products ● Partner closely with local financial institutions to co-build local payment and collection capabilities, expanding product coverage and market competitiveness through innovative partnership models ● Monitor product performance data, and work with operations and marketing teams to drive product commercialization and achieve business targets ● 负责WorldFirst本地市场收付款产品解决方案的设计与落地，基于对本地市场客户结构、竞争格局与监管环境的理解，协同BD、运营、风险、法务合规等多团队，交付在本地市场有竞争力的产品 ● 深度挖掘全球本地市场和客户痛点与需求，制定产品发展规划，推进产品能力和客户体验持续提升 ● 与本地金融机构深度合作，共建本地收付产品能力，通过合作模式创新拓展产品覆盖与市场竞争力 ● 关注和分析产品表现数据，沉淀产品知识库，与前线团队等一起推进产品商业化，助力业务目标达成

Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of product management experience in banking or internet companies ● Smart and logically rigorous: able to break down complex problems, identify what truly matters, make sound product decisions and trade-offs, and build cross-team consensus in a structured way ● Proficient in English as a working language, capable of handling cross-regional communication, documentation, and presentations independently (overseas education or work experience is a plus) ● Strong business acumen and data sensitivity ● Strong team collaboration and resilience under pressure, with a proactive, driven mindset ● 大学本科及以上学历，3年以上银行或互联网产品经理工作经验 ● 聪明，逻辑性强，能快速拆解复杂问题、抓住本质，做出清晰的产品判断与取舍，并以结构化方式推动跨团队共识 ● 英文可作为日常工作语言，能独立完成跨区域沟通、文档撰写与方案汇报（有海外留学/工作背景者优先） ● 具备较强的商业sense和数据敏感度 ● 可以熟练使用 AI 工具汇总市场信息、搭建知识库、形成解决方案和 ● 有良好的团队协作意识，抗压能力强，有冲劲
