Ecosystem Products and Partnerships is the organization responsible for developing, scaling, and delivering hardware products, accessories, and partner-integrated devices that expand and enrich the core product ecosystem (such as Home, Beats and 2PP accessories). Apple is looking for self-driven, passionate APAC Engineering Program Manager to run the project during the NPI stage with primary focus on Home / Beats accessory product and potential opportunity with 3rd party joint design. Ideally, you are an excellent communicator in both Mandarin and English, can quickly grasp issues, driving them to resolution, able to collaborate with other departments as well as all levels of management within Apple and its partners. The ability to work in a quickly changing environment and being creative problem solver is a must.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. Track record of running technical programs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation and written communication skills. Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) within China and Vietnam. Expertise in consumer electronics manufacturing with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead, take decisive action, and provide goal-oriented direction in ambiguous environments. Demonstrated comfort in expressing a clear point of view and influencing change across projects, programs, and processes. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
