CCPD FL 细胞培养工艺开发项目负责人 - 无锡 Wuxi

• 专业及技术基础：

a) 精通细胞培养实验操作及操作流程，并具备扎实的相关理论基础；

b) 熟悉生物制药的研发流程及其下游纯化，大规模生产等相关工作内容；

• 项目管理方面：

a)      作为细胞培养工艺开发项目负责人Function Lead (FL) 或者Function Sponsor负责一个  或多个客户项目，具有较好的解决问题的能力；

b)     可独立对内、对外密切沟通，代表本Function角度进行团队讨论问题并寻求解决方案；

c)      具备较好发现问题并解决技术问题的能力，可独立撰写或者审核中英文技术报告；

d)     灵活合理分工，可协助或独立管理3-5人团队执行项目。

• 创新和平台建设：参与1-2项task force，高效完成内部平台技术研发的任务。
• 实验室管理：承担部分实验室的管理工作（实验室负责人、设备、SOP管理维护、精益运营改善项目等）
• 文化建设：认可、遵守公司PROUD文化精神、争做正能量表率。

• 具备较强的技术创新能力，能够在项目或平台建设中解决技术难题。
• 具备较好的项目管理能力或者潜力，能够统筹协调项目内外部资源，能够把控项目的关键时间点、整体进度及合同范围及指标，并具备一定项目风险控制能力。
• 具备较强的人员培训及管理能力，作为FL或者FS有能力带领项目团队，能够保证分工明确、职责清晰，合理利用与优化人力资源配置。
• 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够代表部门独立实现组内及上下游相关工作组间工作的良好沟通与协调。
• 可以独立撰写中英文报告。

资质：

Qualification:

• 生物学、生物工程、生物化工等相关专业
• 具有细胞培养工作经验，英语口语流利者优先
• 博士毕业2年以上，或硕士毕业5年以上、或本科毕业8年以上，或其他学历同等资历者

Preferred Majors: Biology, Bio-engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields

Responsibilities:

• Professional & Technical Foundation:
• a) Proficiency in cell culture experimental operations and workflows, with solid theoretical knowledge in relevant areas;
• b) Familiarity with biopharmaceutical R&D processes, downstream purification, and large-scale production-related activities.
• Project Management:
• a) Serve as the Function Lead (FL) or Function Sponsor for one or multiple client projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities;
• b) Independently and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Function perspective in team discussions to identify and pursue solutions;
• c) Strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues; capable of independently drafting or reviewing technical reports in both Chinese and English;
• d) Demonstrate flexibility in task allocation; able to assist in or independently manage a team of 3–5 members in project execution.
• Innovation & Platform Development: Participate in 1–2 task forces to efficiently complete internal platform technology R&D assignments.
• Laboratory Management: Assume partial laboratory management responsibilities (e.g., lab head, equipment, SOP management and maintenance, lean operation improvement initiatives, etc.).
• Culture Building: Embrace and adhere to the company's PROUD culture; serve as a positive role model.

Requirements:

• Strong technical innovation capability, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges in projects or platform development.
• Solid project management skills or demonstrated potential; capable of coordinating internal and external project resources, controlling key milestones, overall progress, contract scope, and deliverables, with a certain level of project risk management capability.
• Strong personnel training and management skills; as an FL or FS, able to lead project teams effectively, ensuring clear division of labor and well-defined responsibilities, with rational and optimized allocation of human resources.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to independently represent the department to facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team and with upstream/downstream working groups.
• Able to independently draft reports in both Chinese and English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Bio-engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in cell culture; fluency in spoken English is preferred.
• PhD with 2+ years of experience, or Master's with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent qualifications.
