Expert Process Engineer

This position provides overall technical and organizational leadership for End-of-Line processes, including Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Pick & Place (PnP), Final Visual Inspection (FVI), and Packing. The role is accountable for engineering performance, technology deployment, process standardization, manufacturing improvement, and team capability development.

1. Lead DPS EOL Process Engineering for AOI, PnP, FVI, and Packing, with ownership of engineering priorities and performance in quality, yield, automation, and NPI readiness.

2. Develop and execute the EOL technology roadmap, process standards, control plans, continuous improvement strategy, and smart manufacturing initiatives.

3. Lead process development, characterization, qualification, technology transfer, equipment deployment, and production ramp-up for new and existing products.

4. Resolve critical and recurring process issues and lead cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Other Department, and suppliers.

5. Build a high-performing engineering organization through coaching, competency development, knowledge sharing, career planning, and succession development.

6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related technical discipline.

2. Experience: 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, or advanced packaging experience

3. Skill or Qualifications：

Have technical knowledge in any process of DA, AOI, PnP, FVI, and Packing is better.

Have knowledge of DOE, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
