Principal Software Engineer

1.Provide daily support and maintenance for MES systems, acting as a backup owner for critical production systems to ensure stable operations.

2.Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of new MES requirements

3.Proactively explore and introduce new technologies(AI，Big Data), tools, or development approaches to improve system capability and development efficiency

主动引入和尝试新技术(AI，Big Data)、新工具或新开发模式，提升系统能力和团队开发效率

4.Collaborate closely with business users and internal IT teams, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

与业务团队及 IT 内部团队协作，参与技术文档和知识沉淀

1. Education/Knowledgement 教育背景/技术知识

Master's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields

硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业

2. Experience 经验

6+ years of software development experience, experience with MES/manufacturing systems is preferred

6 年及以上软件开发经验，有 MES / 制造系统相关经验者优先

3. Special Skills or Qualifications特殊技能和其他资质

a. Familiar with at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java/C#/Python)

熟悉至少一种主流开发语言（如 Java / C# / Python 等）

b. Familiar with common relational databases (e.g., Oracle/SQL Server) and possess strong SQL skills

熟悉常用关系型数据库（如 Oracle / SQL Server ），具备强大 SQL 能力

c. Strong curiosity and learning ability for new technologies, able to quickly grasp and apply them to practical work.
