include:

- Manage platform experience for end-users from product cycle inception through project release following conceptualization, product roadmap, and operational enablement with key stakeholders.

- Enable real-time insights to the operations organization, driving actionable and data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with operations stakeholders to translate problem statements into business

and innovative solutions

- Partner across TI to connect data and accelerate the scalability of strategic TI objectives and best-in-class customer support

- Communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization

- Generate reports and datasets or report information for end-users using systems, tools, and databases.

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

- Proficiency in data analytics

- Experience in SQL

- Project management experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and cultures

- Ability to build strong, influential relationships

- Ability to take initiative, prioritize work, balance multiple projects and drive for results in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to navigate ambiguity
