RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
include: - Strategic Planning & Inventory: Apply integrated buyer planning skills to translate demand signals into global inventory strategies for direct materials (mold compound, Epoxy…). Balance working capital efficiency with supply assurance to support production ramp-ups and mitigate shortage. Think beyond day-to-day procurement. Anticipate future demand scenarios and develop strategic supply plans that secure supplier capacity and de-risk the supply chain. - Global Stakeholder Influence & Project Management: Lead cross-regional GPDC (Geopolitical Dependency) & Supply related

. Use project management discipline to drive timelines, manage dependencies, and influence global stakeholders without direct authority.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes—from demand detection to PO execution. Identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements: - Bachelors, Master degree in Supply Chain or related field - Proficient in writing English email and speaking. Daily call with stakeholders in English Preferred qualifications - Proficiency in Planning, MRP systems and procurement tools and demand signals & supply planning fundamentals - Solid knowledge of direct material qualification process and end-to-end procurement process - Result-oriented with mature Project Management skill. Strong ownership to lead cross-function to deliver result on time - Understanding of business operations, demand signals, and supply planning fundamentals - Strong data analysis capability; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a plus - Sense of urgency and resilience for urgent muti-tasks
