Brand Strategy Intern 品牌策略实习生

What you will do:

1. Brand advertising placement: participate in strategy formulation, campaign execution and data review

2. Brand event planning and execution: creative planning and implementation of online and offline events

3. Content and communication: participate in the production, release and performance tracking of brand content

4. Industry research and brand operation: track industry trends and participate in brand asset maintenance

We are looking for someone who:

1. Is currently an undergraduate or graduate student, preferably majoring in advertising, marketing, journalism and communication or related fields; candidates from other majors are also welcome as long as they can demonstrate relevant project experience. Has hands-on project experience in advertising placement, marketing campaigns, event planning and execution — this includes coursework, academic competitions, internships and club activities, and we will dive into the details of the process and your responsibilities during the interview.

2. Has strong writing skills: can present relevant works (such as long articles, operated accounts, or portfolios), and has solid written proficiency in at least one of Chinese or English.

3. Has data awareness: experience in using Excel, Python, SQL or any other data tools for analysis and review is preferred — both advertising and event work require data-driven decisions.

4. Is a heavy user of AI tools — not just someone who has heard of them, but someone who uses them on a daily basis.

Can commit to at least 4 days per week in-office for a minimum of 3 consecutive months of internship.

Bonus points:

1. Has won awards in advertising and marketing competitions such as the National College Advertising Art Competition, the Academy Award, and the One Show Young Ones.

2. Has internship experience in 4A agencies or the marketing department of internet companies.

3. Has the ability to produce English content (a large part of our work targets global markets).

4. Has experience operating their own content accounts.

5. Have experience with 3D tools such as Blender / Unity, or in-depth experience with AI generation tools

6. Able to use scripts or tools to implement simple automation

3.有数据sense：用过 Excel、Python、SQL 或任意数据工具做过分析复盘优先——广告和活动都需要看数说话

4.AI 工具重度使用者——不是听说过，是日常在用

每周可到岗 4 天以上，连续实习 3 个月以上

2.有 4A 或互联网公司市场部的实习经历

3.有英文内容产出能力（我们的工作大量面向海外）

4.运营过自己的内容账号

6.会用脚本或工具做简单的自动化
