Product Intern (Community Events) 产品实习生（社区活动方向）

1. Requirements analysis & solution breakdown: Work with operations, marketing, and creator service teams to clarify event goals; break business needs into user, scenario, process, rule, and page modules; drive requirement standardization and help assess priority and feasibility.

2. Low-code event configuration: Use low-code platforms to configure event pages, registration pages, task pages, leaderboard pages, and incentive pages, as well as forms, workflows, task rules, points/benefits, and review mechanisms; complete build, integration, testing, and launch, and handle post-launch feedback.

3. Event product optimization: Participate in event design, optimize user participation paths and conversion flows, design registration, submission, interaction, task, incentive, and sharing mechanisms; iterate based on data and feedback; build reusable event components, configuration templates, and standardized processes.

4. Project coordination & delivery: Drive collaboration across product, operations, design, development, review, and service teams; follow the full process from requirement review, scheduling, configuration, testing, and launch to retrospective; produce requirement docs, flowcharts, test cases, and retrospective materials.

5. Creator ecosystem support: Understand creators' core needs in content production, event participation, growth incentives, and business collaboration; help build event and operations tools for creators; continuously improve ecosystem service processes.

1. 需求分析与方案拆解：对接运营、市场、创作者服务方等团队，明确活动目标，将业务需求拆解为用户、场景、流程、规则和页面模块，推动需求标准化，并协助判断优先级与落地可行性。

2. 低代码活动配置：使用低代码平台配置活动页、报名页、任务页、榜单页、激励页等页面及表单、流程、任务规则、积分/权益、审核机制等功能，完成搭建、联调、测试与上线，并处理上线后的问题反馈。

3. 活动产品优化：参与活动方案设计，优化用户参与路径与转化流程，设计报名、投稿、互动、任务、激励与传播机制，通过数据和反馈持续改进，并沉淀活动组件、配置模板与标准化流程。

4. 项目协同与交付：推进产品、运营、设计、开发、审核及服务方之间的协作，跟进需求评审、排期、配置、测试、上线与复盘全流程，输出需求文档、流程图、测试用例及复盘材料。

5. 创作者生态支持：理解创作者在内容生产、活动参与、成长激励与商业合作中的核心诉求，协助搭建服务创作者的活动与运营工具，推动生态服务流程持续优化。

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in product, internet, computer science, information management, marketing, journalism, or related fields preferred.

2. Interested in internet products, content platforms, creator ecosystems, or operations events; strong logical thinking and able to turn vague requests into clear problems and solutions.

3. Quick learner, able to understand and use low-code platforms, backend systems, or operations tools; product-minded, balancing user experience, business goals, and implementation cost.

4. Detail-oriented and responsible; strong communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate with operations, design, development, and external service teams and drive issues to closure.

5. Proficient in one or more tools: Feishu, Excel, Axure, Modao, Figma, Notion.

1. 本科及以上学历，产品、互联网、计算机、信息管理、市场营销、新闻传播等相关专业优先。

2. 对互联网产品、内容平台、创作者生态或运营活动感兴趣，逻辑清晰，能将模糊诉求转化为清晰的问题和解决方案。

3. 学习能力强，能快速理解并使用低代码平台、后台系统或运营工具，具备产品意识，关注用户体验、业务目标与落地成本的平衡。

4. 细致负责，沟通协调能力强，能与运营、设计、开发及外部服务方协作，推动问题闭环。

5. 熟练使用飞书、Excel、Axure、墨刀、Figma、Notion等工具中的一种或多种。
