Job Title: Overseas Operations Manager (Europe/Latin America Region)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for market launch and localized operations in the Europe/Latin America region, including but not limited to user research, competitor analysis, and the formulation of localized operation strategies.
- Responsible for localized user growth and engagement: design and execute operational campaigns based on local culture to improve user engagement and retention.
- Multilingual content and cross-regional collaboration: establish multilingual content production and management processes to improve operational efficiency across regions and strengthen the team’s ability to overcome language barriers in information exchange.

Requirements
- Proficient in the local language and fluent in Chinese, with the ability to communicate efficiently in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with overseas social product operations is preferred. Experience in social networking is a plus.
- Strong interest in emerging markets and the ability to quickly adapt to multicultural environments.
