Head of HR - Europe

As the HR Manager for the Europe Region, you will serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional business leaders, driving talent management strategies that align with business objectives. You will lead the end-to-end execution of HR operations across multiple European countries, ensuring full compliance with EU and local labor laws while building a high-performance organizational culture in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. In this role, you will: Understand business needs and provide effective talent management strategies. Integrate resources and execute in accordance with relevant regulations (including but not limited to): recruitment, performance, training & development, compensation, corporate culture, and other HR functions. Manage labor relations, complete talent deployment, visa processing and related administrative work in compliance with local laws, and mitigate employment risks. Lead the implementation of HR projects and administrative management at the country/regional level. Complete the localization and continuous upgrading of HR systems across all modules.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or generalist capacity. Experience across multiple HR functions, with expertise in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management preferred. High resilience, strong collaboration, growth mindset, with demonstrated adaptability to new environments, continuous learning, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong work ethic during the organizational start-up phase. Willingness to accept long-term international assignments and frequent travel; fluent in both Mandarin and English as working languages. Travel This role requires frequent business travel across the Europe region to support business expansion and talent operations across multiple countries.
