1. Conduct empirical research on the economic and organizational impacts of AI at the firm level.

2. Apply statistical methods, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing(NLP) to large-scale datasets.

3. Develop research designs, conduct data analysis, and collaborate on academic

publications.

4. Prepare manuscripts for high-quality academic journals and present research findings at conferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. PhD in Economics, Management, Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or closely related fields.

2. Strong quantitative research skills, particularly in statistics, econometrics, and causal inference.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with demonstrated experience in data processing, statistical modeling, and large-scale data analysis.

4. Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish in peer-reviewed academic journals.

5. Excellent academic writing and communication skills in English.

6. Prior research experience with firm-level data, AI adoption, innovation, or computational social science is preferred.

7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary research environment.
