Sr Director Strategic Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive long-term growth • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership • Lead and manage strategic planning processes • Lead and coach team specifically in strategy and business development

YOU MUST HAVE • Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Commercial, Marketing relevant roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful portfolio strategies • Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer insights • Good understanding of Refining & Petrochemical and energy transition related industries • Combined both in-house & consulting firm experience will be a big plus.
