Sr Investigator

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of investigators to conduct security investigations, including theft, fraud, and other securityrelated incidents Develop and implement investigation strategies and protocols Coordinate with internal stakeholders for information gathering Conduct interviews and collect evidence Prepare detailed investigation reports Collaborate with law enforcement agencies Stay updated on industry trends Provide guidance and support to security staff and employees Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in security investigations or related field. Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, including evidence collection, analysis, and chain of custody. Ability to work independently and lead a team, with strong leadership and decision-making skills. Proficient in using security software and tools, such as video surveillance systems and data analysis software. Experience in conducting interviews and interrogations, with knowledge of legal and ethical practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in security investigation or related areas are preferred. Experience in managing complex investigations involving multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to security, including privacy laws and data protection. Experience in conducting internal investigations, including employee misconduct and policy violations. Understanding of digital forensics and cybercrime investigation techniques. Ability to effectively communicate investigation findings and recommendations to senior management.
