   Import/Export Customs Clearance & Compliance Management 进出口报关进口与合规管理 Manage end-to-end import customs clearance, export declaration, commodity inspection and port inspection for IVD reagents, instruments and raw materials, and control related risks. 负责 IVD 试剂、仪器、原料等 进口清关、出口报关、商检、属地查验 全流程操作与风险把控。 Familiar with regulatory

for medical devices / IVD; ensure consistency between customs documents, registration certificates, filing documents, classification and labeling. 熟悉医疗器械 / IVD 监管要求，确保报关资料与注册证、备案凭证、分类界定、标签标识一致。 Liaise with customs, commodity inspection, NMPA and port authorities; handle inspections, returns, amendments, HS code classification and other issues. 对接海关、商检、药监、口岸等部门，处理异常查验、退运、改单、税号归类等问题。 Establish and maintain import/export compliance records and document archives to meet internal audits, flight inspections and customs verification requirements. 建立并维护进出口合规台账、单证档案，满足 内审、飞检、海关核查 要求。

   Logistics & Cold Chain Transportation Management 物流与冷链运输管理 Oversee domestic and international transportation, warehousing and distribution; focus on cold chain logistics (2–8°C, -20°C, etc.), temperature monitoring and shelf-life management. 统筹国内 / 国际干线运输、仓储、配送，重点保障 IVD 冷链物流（2-8℃/-20℃等） 温控、在途监控、效期管理。 Develop transportation plans, track cargo status, and handle exceptions such as damage, loss, delay and temperature excursion. 制定运输方案，跟踪货物状态，处理破损、丢失、延误、温湿度超标等异常。 Achieve KPIs for timeliness, cost and safety; optimize routes and transportation modes. 负责进出口货物 时效、成本、安全 指标达成，优化物流路径与运输方式。 Supplier & Cost Control 供应商与成本管控 Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, cold chain logistics and warehouse suppliers, including qualification, evaluation, reconciliation and claims. 管理货代、报关行、冷链物流、仓储等供应商，负责 准入、考核、对账、索赔 。 Control freight, customs clearance and warehousing costs; continuously improve cost efficiency and provide monthly logistics cost analysis and improvement plans. 管控运费、报关费、仓储费等，持续 降本增效 ，提供月度物流成本分析与改善方案。

   Order & Inventory Coordination 订单与库存协同 Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, QA and warehouse to ensure smooth order delivery, receipt and return processes. 对接销售、采购、生产、质量、仓库，确保订单发货、到货、退换货顺畅。 Support import stocking, port pickup, warehousing inspection, and FIFO shelf-life management 协同完成进口备货、口岸提货、入库验收、效期优先使用等供应链协同工作。 Process Optimization & Team Management 流程优化与团队管理 Improve SOPs for import/export, customs clearance and cold chain logistics to enhance efficiency and compliance. 完善进出口、报关、冷链物流 SOP，提升效率与合规性。 Train and guide logistics/import-export specialists, assign tasks, supervise execution and improve team capability. 带教 / 指导物流 / 关务专员，分配工作、监督执行、提升团队专业能力。

   Other Task assign By supervisor 主管安排的其他工作 Mos Important Competencies Required: Professional Skills: Familiar with HS code classification, tax reduction/exemption, general trade, cross-border and temporary import/export modes. 熟悉海关编码归类、减免税、一般贸易 / 跨境 / 暂时进出口等贸易方式。 Knowledgeable in medical device GSP, cold chain management, NMPA and customs compliance. 熟悉医疗器械 GSP、冷链管理、药监/ 海关合规要求。 Able to independently handle full-process import/export clearance, declaration and exception handling. 能独立处理进口清关、出口报关、查验、异常处理全流程。 IT Skills: Proficient in ERP, WMS, customs 熟练使用 ERP、WMS、报关系统、Office，具备数据分析能力。 systems and MS Office; strong data analysis ability. Soft Skills : Meticulous, responsible, able to work under pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong compliance awareness. 严谨细致、责任心强、抗压、沟通协调能力优秀，合规意识强。 QUALIFICATION (Education and/or Experience):

   Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Biopharmaceuticals, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 物流、生物制药、供应链管理或相关专业的学士学位。
