负责东北亚大区（日本、韩国、台湾地区）重点及创新项目的端到端执行与落地。

在多国家/地区、跨文化背景下，与各驻地 BD 深度协作，对外支持客户项目推进，对内统筹协调产品、运营、技术、财务、法务、风控等多方资源，确保区域项目高质量、可复制交付。

核心职责 • 与各驻地 BD 紧密协作，推进跨国家/地区项目在不同市场的同步或分阶段落地 • 协助 BD 完成项目前期可行性分析，协调财务 / 法务 / 风控，评估不同国家下的合作模式、合规风险及 ROI • 负责区域项目整体推进计划的制定与执行，协调资源保障关键里程碑交付 • 在项目执行过程中，持续跟进多项目的任务拆解与协同进展，解决跨团队信息不对称与执行偏差 • 对外与 BD 一起推进客户侧项目实施、交付边界及关键细节确认，确保客户预期与内部执行能力对齐 • 对内协调产品、运营、技术等团队，平衡区域统一性与国家/地区差异化需求，推动项目高效落地 • 监控项目健康度，识别并推动解决跨国家/地区执行风险（进度、资源、合规、沟通等） • 组织区域项目复盘，沉淀适用于本区域创新项目的 SOP 与协作机制，提升跨团队项目执行效率

本科及以上学历，3+ 年项目管理、业务运营或国际化项目经验

具备较强的执行力、跨文化沟通能力及复杂项目的资源协调能力，能在多国家/地区协作环境中推动决策与落地

具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel / PPT 等工具

有旅游行业、跨境业务或海外区域项目经验优先，有 BD 或业务运营背景，能理解商业逻辑并与 BD 高效协作者优先

语言要求 • 英语可作为日常办公语言 • 同时具备日语/韩语沟通能力优先 • 有海外学习或工作经验优先 Job Description Responsible for the end-to-end execution and implementation of key and innovative projects across the Greater Northeast Asia region (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan). In a multi-country/region and cross-cultural context, collaborate closely with local BD teams to support client-side project advancement externally, and coordinate internal resources across Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Risk Control to ensure high-quality, replicable delivery of regional projects. Core Responsibilities Work closely with local BD teams to drive the synchronized or phased rollout of cross-country/regional projects across different markets. Assist BD in conducting preliminary feasibility analyses, coordinate with Finance/Legal/Risk Control to assess partnership models, compliance risks, and ROI across different countries. Develop and execute overall regional project advancement plans, coordinating resources to ensure delivery of key milestones. Continuously track task breakdowns and collaborative progress across multiple projects during execution, resolving cross-team information asymmetry and performance deviations. Externally, work alongside BD to drive client-side project implementation, confirm delivery boundaries and key details, and ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution capabilities. Internally, coordinate teams across Product, Operations, Technology, etc., balancing regional uniformity with country/region-specific requirements to drive efficient project delivery. Monitor project health, identify and drive resolution of cross-country/regional execution risks (schedule, resources, compliance, communication, etc.). Organize regional project post-mortems, distill SOPs and collaboration mechanisms applicable to innovative projects in the region, and improve cross-team project execution efficiency. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or international project roles. Strong execution capabilities, cross-cultural communication skills, and resource coordination abilities for complex projects. Ability to drive decision-making and implementation in multi-country/regional collaborative environments. Basic data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and PPT. High resilience, results-oriented, able to adapt to the fast-paced rhythm of running parallel regional projects. Experience in the travel industry, cross-border business, or overseas regional projects is preferred. Background in BD or business operations, with the ability to understand business logic and collaborate efficiently with BD teams, is preferred. Language Requirements English proficient as a daily working language. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean for communication is a plus. Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
