Find a job How we hire Application Status 全球化增长运营—Nuvvi Job Type: Experienced Job Category: Product & Operations Location: Shanghai Department: Meitu Product & Ops Team Posted: 2026-09-07 Apply Find a job / Job Information Share Job Information 【你需要做什么】 作为团队的第一位全职运营/社区负责人，你将直接对产品的早期生态负责： 做超级星探（KOC/KOL 挖掘）： 每天潜水在 X/YouTube/Reddit/Discord/Tiktok，发掘那些有号召力的 AI 动画的独立艺术家、技术极客和传统视频创作者，并想尽办法和他们搭上话。 保姆级创作者关系维护： 把创作者当朋友，邀请他们内测我们的工具。跟进反馈、解答报错，甚至“哄”着他们用我们的工具产出能在社媒上引爆的惊艳作品。 社区冷启动与氛围组长： 搭建并运营我们的海外创会社区（如 Discord），策划早期的创作挑战赛或活动，让这批种子用户“玩”在一起，产生归属感。 首席产品体验官： 收集前线最真实的吐槽和痛点，把创作者的需求翻译成产品语言，直接向产品技术“拍桌子”提需求，推动工具快速迭代。

【我们希望你是什么样的人】 满级英语交流与“网感”： 英语读写极度流利。你不需要有专八证书，但你必须能丝滑地用海外网民的 Meme 和缩写聊天，懂老外的幽默感。 极致的“社牛”与钝感力： 高能量，执行力极强。不怕冷启动的挫折，发 50 个私信只有 2 个回复也能继续热情满满地投入。 重度外网冲浪选手： 熟悉 X/YouTube/Reddit/Discord/Tiktok 等海外社媒的生态与玩法，知道海外的创作者都在关注什么。 对 AI 与动画有热情： 虽然不需要你是专业导演，但你需要对 AIGC 有强烈的好奇心，能分辨出“什么样的视觉、内容能在X上火起来”。
