Roles/Responsibilities 职责 生产计划与排产管理相关工作职责： Production Planning and Scheduling related Job Roles: • 负责商业化及临床项目的中短期生产排产管理，包括DP灌装、包装、临床贴标及其他相关生产活动，基于需求、产能、物料、放行进度和交付时间制定可执行的主生产计划。 Responsible for mid-/short-term production planning and scheduling for commercial and clinical projects, including DP filling, packaging, clinical labeling and other related manufacturing activities; develop executable master production plans by considering demand, capacity, materials, release progress and delivery timelines. • 负责A317中国商业化、海外商业化及临床需求相关的排产策略制定、月度主计划维护、生产进度跟踪和异常协调，支持不同市场及不同需求类型的供应保障。 Develop scheduling strategies, maintain monthly master plans, track production progress and coordinate exceptions for A317 China commercial, overseas commercial and clinical demands to ensure supply continuity across markets and demand types. • 与CMC项目负责人及相关跨职能团队沟通非商业化产品需求，确认排产窗口、生产优先级和计划假设，协调项目变化及产线产能瓶颈。 Communicate with CMC project owners and cross-functional teams for non-commercial product demands, confirm scheduling windows, production priorities and planning assumptions, and coordinate project changes and production line capacity constraints. • 根据已确认的主生产计划，在SAP中创建、下达和跟进生产工单，并确保生产计划、工单信息和实际执行进度保持一致。 Create, release and follow up process orders in SAP based on confirmed master production plans, ensuring alignment among production plans, order information and actual execution progress. • 跟进原液中间放行、成品包装、质量放行及年度停产等关键节点，识别对生产计划和交付计划的影响并推动异常解决。 Track key milestones such as DS intermediate release, finished product packaging, quality release and annual shutdown arrangements; assess impact on production and delivery plans and drive exception resolution. 物料计划与库存管理相关工作职责： • Prepare and monitor materials

plan based on production plan; Make sure materials ready on time even any demand pull in/upside, health inventory status. 基于生产计划，制定和跟进物料需求计划；确保物料及时地备好，即使有需求的增加或提前。确保健康的库存状态。

• Ensure material availability in line with the approved production plan. Ensure daily oversight for all BOM material. Analyze requirements and place Purchase Requisition. 确保物料的可用性与批准的生产计划一致。确保对所有生产用物料每天进行监管，分析需求，下达采购需求。

• Ensure management of daily MRP exception messages and appropriate follow up. 管理系统中每天的物料需求计划例外信息，并采取适合的行动。

• Provide required period purchasing forecast to suppliers, and monthly review open order status with suppliers. 向供应商提供所需要的时间的采购需求预测，并同供应商定期回顾未结订单的状态。

• Provide a load - balanced dispatch list for incoming materials to the warehouse and Quality department that ensures these activities are completed in line with the production needs. 为仓库和质量部门提供平衡负荷后的送货安排清单，并确保这些来料安排与生产需求一致。

• Inventory control of all relevant materials to: a) MOC/MOH are below defined level; b) avoid over stock and write off; c) preventive actions are taken in time; d) obsolete inventory is cleared up periodically. 控制所有物料的存货清单：a) MOC/MOH低于预订水平；b) 避免过高库存和报废；c) 及时执行预防性措施；d) 定期清理废品库存。 供应与交付管理相关工作职责： Supply and Delivery Management related Job Roles: • 对接GSC regional planner，梳理并接收海外商业化订单需求，结合库存、生产和放行状态制定交付计划并跟进执行。 Interface with GSC regional planners to consolidate and receive overseas commercial orders, develop delivery plans based on inventory, production and release status, and follow through execution. • 负责海外商业化订单、A317中国商业化及临床贴标项目的供应/交付需求协调，跟踪包装、放行、提货和交付进度，推动异常闭环。 Coordinate supply and delivery requirements for overseas commercial orders, A317 China commercial supply and clinical labeling projects; track packaging, release, pickup and delivery progress, and drive closure of exceptions. • 配合中国商务团队提货计划，出具DN单，并负责出口商业化订单所需单证的制作、维护及归档，确保运输、清关和客户交付顺利进行。 Support China commercial pickup plans by issuing DN documents; prepare, maintain and archive required documents for export commercial orders to ensure smooth transportation, customs clearance and customer delivery. • 提供产品放行计划和交付进度信息给GSC及相关业务伙伴，作为广州工厂供应链交付窗口协调内外部沟通。 Provide product release plans and delivery progress updates to GSC and relevant business partners, serving as the supply chain delivery contact window for Guangzhou site. 报表、数据分析与系统维护相关工作职责： Reporting, Data Analytics and System Maintenance related Job Roles: • 定期从SAP导出MB51、COOISPI、ZMM022等报表，并通过自动下载程序、Python或其他数据处理工具完成数据清洗、整合和数据库更新。 Regularly export reports such as MB51, COOISPI and ZMM022 from SAP, and use automated download tools, Python or other data processing tools to complete data cleansing, consolidation and database updates. • 负责每周/每月供应链报表和看板的刷新与维护，包括T4 dashboard、Power BI output report、shipment report、Monthly production tracking、TPT tracking、Inventory & Output、DS/DP排产甘特图、Inventory review及库存分类等。 Refresh and maintain weekly/monthly supply chain reports and dashboards, including T4 dashboard, Power BI output report, shipment report, Monthly production tracking, TPT tracking, Inventory & Output, DS/DP scheduling Gantt charts, Inventory review and inventory classification reports. • 负责生产、工单、产出、发运、库存、放行和供应链绩效相关数据的统计分析，识别异常趋势并输出洞察，支持生产计划、库存管理和交付风险决策。 Conduct data analysis on production, process orders, output, shipment, inventory, release and supply chain performance; identify abnormal trends and provide insights to support production planning, inventory management and delivery risk decisions. • 维护Power BI及相关数据库中的产品、Cell bank库存、映射表和主数据，确保报表逻辑、数据源和业务口径准确一致。 Maintain product data, Cell bank inventory, mapping tables and master data in Power BI and related databases to ensure report logic, data sources and business definitions remain accurate and consistent. • 支持EHS、工程、财务及其他部门的数据需求，定期提供产出数据、库存分类、TP价格及相关供应链分析信息。 Support data requests from EHS, Engineering, Finance and other functions by providing output data, inventory classification, TP price information and relevant supply chain analysis. 追溯平台、主数据与持续改进相关工作职责： Traceability Platform, Master Data and Continuous Improvement related Job Roles: • 负责码上放心平台客户主数据维护、追溯码申请与下载、平台年度续约及相关异常协调，确保商业化产品追溯和放行相关流程顺利执行。 Maintain customer master data in the Code on Trust platform, apply for and download traceability codes, manage annual platform renewal and coordinate related exceptions to ensure smooth execution of traceability and release-related processes for commercial products. • 定期维护产品数据主数据、业务映射关系和关键计划参数，支持生产计划、报表分析、库存管理和交付管理的准确性。 Regularly maintain product master data, business mapping logic and key planning parameters to support accuracy in production planning, reporting analysis, inventory management and delivery management. • 参与供应链流程优化、报表自动化、数据质量提升、BCM体系小组及相关跨部门改善项目，推动计划与交付流程的标准化和效率提升。 Participate in supply chain process optimization, report automation, data quality improvement, BCM team activities and cross-functional improvement projects to drive standardization and efficiency of planning and delivery processes. • 执行上级委派的其他相关任务。 Attend to any other related tasks as may be directed by the line manager from time to time.
