   Data Operations & Visualization 数据运营与可视化 Maintain and continuously optimize Power BI Dashboard; identify and drive resolution of data anomalies. 负责维护并持续优化 Power BI 数据看板，定位数据异常并推动问题闭环解决。 Produce regular analysis reports to provide management with decision-making support. 定期输出数据分析报告，为管理层提供决策依据。

   Process Improvement & Digitalization Project Support 流程优化与数字化项目支持 Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and cross-functional business units to gather improvement needs and support the advancement of process optimization projects and improvement activity tracking. 对接内部各团队及跨职能业务部门，收集优化需求，推进流程优化项目落地并跟进各类改善事项。 Participate in the conceptual design and pilot implementation of AI, automation, and digitalization solutions; assist in organizing research, collecting user feedback, and evaluating improvement proposals. 参与人工智能、自动化及数字化方案的概念设计与试点落地；协助开展调研、收集用户反馈、评估各类优化提案。

   Network Operations & Knowledge Management 社群运营与知识管理 Support internal communication activities and experience sharing; assist in organizing cross-regional sharing meetings and producing visualization materials. 支撑内部沟通与经验分享工作，协助筹办跨区域分享会并制作可视化展示材料。 Maintain relevant knowledge bases and documentation platforms; write and update best practice cases, training materials, and related resources. 维护知识库与文档平台，撰写、更新标杆案例、培训素材及配套资料。

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Year 3+) or higher.
