资深法务经理 - 国际业务与数据合规 | Legal Counsel – International Products & Data Compliance

Serve as the primary legal contact for international business and product teams on legal and compliance issues relating to mobile apps and websites, including drafting and reviewing Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, cookie notices, and related policies;

Monitor global developments in data protection and ePrivacy laws and translate regulatory changes into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders;

Assist in designing and maintaining internal policies and procedures for data breach detection and response, cross-border data transfers, and copyright infringement compliance;

Advise on privacy and compliance requirements to support product launches and ongoing operations in multiple jurisdictions;

Provide general legal support and contribute to ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the General Counsel. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree or above in law from a Common Law jurisdiction;

Qualified solicitor admitted in a Common Law jurisdiction with 3–8 years of post-qualification experience, with a substantive focus on data protection, ePrivacy, and intellectual property laws;

In-house legal and compliance experience related to mobile apps and websites at a sizeable technology company;

Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);

A practical, risk-balanced approach to compliance that supports business objectives while protecting the company, with the ability to propose flexible and creative solutions where appropriate;

Experience coordinating internal counterparts and external counsel or regulators, with the ability to manage matters independently and follow through with clear accountability.

工作严谨，对细节有较高把控，能独立推动所负责事项并闭环；
