Job Responsibilities

1. 01

Sourcing: Systematically discover creators in AI tools, generative AI, game development, 3D/Blender, and 3D printing across platforms such as Medium, Substack, and region-specific platforms (e.g., note.com in Japan, Naver Blog in South Korea), using tools like Codex. Build and maintain a sustainable Creator database covering follower count, content focus, genuine engagement rate, past collaboration history, and contact information.

2. 02

Outreach: Initiate cold outreach using authentic, non-template English emails/DMs that clearly explain who we are, why we're reaching out to them specifically, and what's in it for them. Follow up, negotiate terms, and drive toward confirmed collaboration.

3. 03

Co-creation: Provide creators with topic directions, product materials, trial access, and asset support (e.g., "I turned a concept art into a game-engine-ready 3D model in 30 seconds using AI," "AI 3D tool comparison review," "AI workflow for 3D printing enthusiasts"). Review content for accuracy and ensure tracking links and correct product descriptions are included.

4. 04

Data Tracking: Monitor impressions, clicks, and registration conversions for each piece of content. Identify which creator types and topics deliver the highest ROI. Produce a brief weekly review and feed insights back into the next batch of outreach.

5. 05

Process Building: Run the full pipeline from 0 to 1 and standardize it into a scalable, repeatable system — including outreach scripts, collaboration briefs, pricing references, and SOPs.
