HRBP

Participate in HR Process work and HR Projects and collaboration with Centers of Expertise and Service Centers. • Provide implementation support for HR processes, new HR systems and initiatives in the People area. • Follow-up on delivered services and provide input for process improvement to the relevant process owners. • Collaborate within the HR function to plan and execute the deliverables based on business needs. • Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the Volvo Car Culture and code of conduct • Advise and facilitate line managers by fostering effective communication, methods, tools, processes and policies in the following key HR focus areas:（The focus within the key areas will vary depending on the business needs） -Organizational Development -Competence Development -Leadership and people development -Performance Management -Resource Planning and staffing -Labor Affairs -Compensation & Benefits -Health & Safety

University Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent. • 3+ HR experience in large manufacturing industry, atuo industry background is prefered. • Fluent in English, oral and written. • Expert knowledge in key HR competence areas such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labour relations, Change Management. • Analytical skills, good user skills of most common IT programs incl. Excel and SAP. • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. • High integrity, works within corporate guidelines and is able to apply good judgement within own area of responsibility in case of deviation. • Ability to work independently, with continuous improvements, in a structured way, sets right priorities. • Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation. • Basic Labor Law Knowledge.
