   Design, implement, and maintain bit-accurate C/C++ reference models for codec tools, features, and VPU IP behavior. 设计、实现并维护编解码工具、功能及VPU IP行为的比特精确C/C++参考模型。

任职要求： Required Qualifications 基本要求

1. 01

   Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, graduating in 2027. 2027届硕士或博士毕业生，电子工程、计算机科学、通信工程、应用数学或相关专业。

   Strong fundamentals in video coding, image processing, signal processing, algorithms, and data structures. 具备扎实的视频编码、图像处理、信号处理、算法和数据结构基础。

   Good knowledge of one or more mainstream video coding standards, such as H.264/AVC, HEVC, AV1, or VVC. 熟悉H.264/AVC、HEVC、AV1或VVC等一种或多种主流视频编码标准。
